Approach

We think first what others can´t accomplish.

Others would have to take a time-out to mentally create new perspectives that are to be transformed into solutions.

How many times have you done this?

We did this a thousand times, again and again.

Profile

Roman Schael

Independent Strategic Evaluator & Insight Originator

Roman operates across competitive and political decision environments. His work centres on evaluation in complex and high-tension situations, structural pattern recognition, and the analysis of psychological dynamics within institutional systems. He develops original insights where conventional analysis reaches its limits — particularly in situations marked by pressure, conflict and colliding narratives.

These insights have informed positioning, advisory processes and, in corporate contexts, brand portfolio architectures designed to generate enduring brand equity. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles as Creative Planning Director and Chief Strategic Officer within multinational media holding groups, such as Grey Global Group, WPP, Hakuhodo and Media Consulta.

His work draws on decades of competitive intelligence practice, especially where communication strategy is tested by power and implementation realities.

Alongside his advisory work, he lectures and conducts doctoral research on productive thinking and complex psychological processes within immersive technological environments.

Availability

I am currently opening a limited number of 2-day strategic intelligence sprints. The focus is on identifying hidden risks and decision blind spots in high-pressure environments. If this is relevant for any of your current situations, I would be glad to exchange a few thoughts.
